 Saba Faisal is a Pakistani actress and former news anchor. She has appeared in several acclaimed television serials, theater drama, plays and films.

Early life

Saba Faisal was born in Lahore. She completed her studies at the University of Lahore.

Personal life

Faisal is married to her cousin Faisal Saeed and has three children. Saba's two sons are actors and models. Her daughter Sadia Faisal is an actress and model.

Career

In 1981, Faisal auditioned for newscasting at PTV Lahore Centre. Saba was selected as the announcer. Three years later she was offered for Khabarnama which she accepted. Saba hosted some programs and then worked as a sports commentator. She acted in some PTV dramas in the mid-1990s, but continued to work as a newscaster until the early 2000s. Then she started acting fully and has acted in more than a hundred dramas.
